E-on Energy will be launching a Code of Practice for Energy Brokers with the aim of improving  customers’ experiences and engendering trust in the industry to ensure its future. Its content is very much in line with Ofgem’s RMR  and they have also taken OFT standards as well as other Industry Codes of Practice as a guide in designing the Code structure. Utility Helpline see's this as a very positive introduction and although this Code just applies to E.ON at the moment we’re hoping that other suppliers will adopt it as an industry standard.
