Experienced and Well-Trained Staff.
We have been trading since 2006 and most of our team have been with us for over nine years. Staff regularly attend meetings, industry conferences, training and exhibitions to keep up to date with new products, services, legislation and taxation changes. We have placed all staff under the same training that is offered via the EMA (Energy Managers Associations). We also regularly communicate with other brokers to share good practice, review new suppliers, new products or service. A staff member has previously won a leading industry award because of the manner we conduct our business.
Our recruitment process and ongoing training highlights the importance of fairness and responsibility. We currently face an industry with widespread commitment to unethical behaviour. We take pride in our principles. This code of ethics leads the Team and our Senior manager is committed to fair practice.
We are only a small team of 10, keeping us agile and quick to respond to client needs. A client will only have one point of contact for everything and anything, we do not pass clients between departments.
We give our staff full autonomy to manage their client portfolios, along with the help of our systems client management guides. Clients always have direct line telephone numbers to account managers who are trained to deal with anything and everything energy related and this has built trust and a reputation that we care.
We feel having well-trained experienced staff enables us to bring a high level of additional value to clients.
