All clients of Utility Helpline get “Complete Care” when they agree an energy contract via our services.
Our Complete Care package was designed to give businesses an easy energy life. We don’t just help you find competitive prices; we also make sure you are looked after throughout your energy contract by offering full ongoing support and advice.
Businesses shouldn’t have to spend any time calling their suppliers direct, they simply call their dedicated Utility Helpline account manager, who will then deal with any issues directly on their behalf. We will keep you updated throughout, until we have resolved any issue or queries. They can also offer advice, regularly check bills for mistakes, give meter readings, chase over payments, you name it they can do it for you.
