Utility Helpline Shortlisted for Consultancy of the Year

Utility Helpline has once again been shortlisted for Consultancy of the Year at The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA). The company will attend the awards ceremony on Thursday 28 June in London with some of the UK’s top third-party intermediaries, brokers, consultants and suppliers. Judges were impressed with Utility Helpline’s business practices, its reputation in the industry and their track record of going over and above to help customers save money on their energy bills. Energy Manager Richard Bonelle said: “In an industry full of overpricing and hidden costs we are proud to offer clean deals and transparent energy solutions that genuinely make a difference to the environment and UK business, and we have been doing so for over 10 years. “We constantly challenge and innovate our offering giving bespoke products to each customer.”

Utility Helpline won West Midlands Regional Consultancy of the Year at TELCA 2017

Utility Helpline is smaller than some of the other consultancies that are up for awards at TELCA 2018, but the team believes this allows them to deliver higher quality customer care compared with some bigger businesses. The company has invested in the quality of its services this year, introducing new software and training but the emphasis is still on individual care. In 2017, Utility Helpline just missed out on the national prize, but the team did win the West Midlands Regional Consultancy of the Year award. This followed a 2015 win for Utility Helpline’s Fiona Howe, who took home the Sales Professional of the Year award.
